Michiah Quick is a professional American football player for the Münster Phoenix of the German Football League, Founder and Executive Director of Quicker Essentials, and an advocate for sports diplomacy and international collaboration. Drawing on his experience as a professional athlete, nonprofit executive, and community leader, he advises athletes, organizations, and institutional partners on athlete development, leadership, and community engagement through sport.

Recognized as one of the nation's premier football prospects, Michiah earned five-star recruit status before competing at the University of Oklahoma, where he contributed to multiple Big 12 Conference Championship teams and a College Football Playoff appearance. He later transferred to California State University, Fresno (Fresno State), helping lead the Bulldogs to Mountain West Conference and Las Vegas Bowl Championships while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies. His academic background strengthened his understanding of community development, social research, public engagement, and the role of sport as a catalyst for social impact.

Throughout his collegiate and professional career, Michiah has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to mentorship, servant leadership, and youth development. His transition to professional football in Germany expanded his perspective beyond competition, allowing him to work with athletes from diverse cultural backgrounds, mentor youth, and cultivate international relationships that continue to shape his approach to leadership and community engagement.

In 2022, Michiah founded Quicker Essentials, a California nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth and underserved communities through educational support, sports, and cross-cultural exchange. Under his leadership, the organization has positively impacted more than 3,500 youth through mentorship initiatives, leadership workshops, college access programs, athletic camps, and community engagement activities that expand educational opportunity and promote lifelong success.

Michiah is a strong advocate for sports diplomacy, recognizing sport as a platform for strengthening international relationships, advancing cultural understanding, and creating opportunities for educational and economic collaboration. Through his work overseas, he helps connect communities, institutions, and organizations through youth engagement, professional exchange, and strategic partnerships.
